Irene G. (Madrid, 1980). Holds a degree in Journalism, a Master’s in Integrated Communication, and a postgraduate specialization in Creative Writing instruction. She worked as an editor for various magazines such as DON, DT, NOX, Men’s Health, ELLE, and Mía. She hosted her own segment on RNE for three seasons, “Los Retos Literarios G.” She combines her work as a journalist and writer with teaching Creative Writing. She has taught at Nebrija University (Recipient of the Teaching Excellence Award in the Docentia 2015/16 program) and currently teaches at the University of Alcalá and in her own workshops. She is the author of seven poetry collections (two of them for children): Micropoesía, macrocorazón y mercromina (Ed. Torremozas, 2012);
